What is wrong with this message?

Simple words like "does" and "predict" are clumsily misspelled, yet the comparatively more difficult "though" is spelled correctly. Also interesting is that this supposedly illiterate user scrupulously follows the proper spacing conventions (two spaces after a period or question mark, one after a comma).
