The rumors are true...

Yes, the potlucks are on hold for the time being. My work is requiring so much of my time and energy lately that I find it difficult to give the pot lucks the kind of energy they deserve. We >will< however be holding various special events every month or so. These special events will range from the Serious Backgammon Championship I inquired about months ago to a rather unique and exciting fantasy role-playing marathon I've been working up. The events will be smaller and more initmate, and all of them will be by reservation >>>>>only<<<<<. Some of them will require a small contribution of food, drink, or money, and all of them will be well worth the contribution for those interested in attending. Watch this space for further announcements.

The pot lucks are not over -- they're just temporarily on hold. I trust Jon and Tane will be able to carry the torch during my abstinence.
