Atomic release by 12-1-86

It gives me no great pleasure to relate this, but after reading DSA's message about his atomic war dream and his comment that some of them are slightly precognitive, I decided to mention this impression.

Around the first of October I began to get a feeling - that's all I can call it - that within two months there would be a single low-yield atomic explosion used as an act of war or terrorism (as opposed to scheduled testing). This is certainly nothing unexpected in today's world, and I don't have any other predictive data to share, just a feeling that one will be detonated within this window.
